Third-party subprocessors used to deliver Juxto. Primary hosting and data storage run on self-hosted infrastructure at netcup in Nuremberg, Germany.
Overview
Juxto is self-hosted on netcup infrastructure in Nuremberg, Germany. We do not use analytics or advertising services.
The subprocessors below are used for specific functions only.
Subprocessor list
- netcup GmbH — hosting infrastructure for the application and data storage. Data: account data, workspace content, system logs. Location: Germany (Nuremberg).
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Data: billing contact details, invoices, payment method metadata. Location: United States and other countries (global).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (OTP codes, invites, billing notifications). Data: email address, email content, delivery metadata. Location: United States.
- Google Places API — billing address autocomplete. Data: address queries, session tokens, resolved address components. Location: Global (EEA/UK and other countries; data centers include United States, Chile, Belgium, Finland, Netherlands, Taiwan, Singapore).
Changes
We will notify customers before adding or replacing subprocessors and provide an opportunity to object where required.
