Target monthly availability: 99%.

Availability is measured at the application level excluding scheduled maintenance.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

Emergency maintenance may be performed to address security or stability risks.

Exclusions include factors outside our reasonable control, customer misconfiguration, and third-party outages.

Beta features are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Support channels and response targets are published on the Support page.

Priority handling is available for critical incidents as described on the Support page.
